Wing obtained her Bachelor’s degree in social work at The College of St. Scholastica and LADC from Fond Du Lac Tribal and Community College. She is a strong believer in mental health awareness and has had a lifelong passion for helping others starting at a young age. Prior to coming to NUWAY, she has been able to combine this passion with her desire to make a difference by providing cares and services in supervised group homes, mental health clinic, outpatient SUD programs, assisted living and nursing homes. Wing is expanding her educational goal at the University of Capella by pursuing a Master’s degree in Social Work. Her overall educational career goal is to be dually licensed with the focus of Co-occurring disorder to better serve and advocate for the people in the Recovery population. She’s a part time employee at the Duluth’s location. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, reading, gardening, four wheeling, and spending time with her two rescue Pitbulls.
