Misty is a Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist (CPRSS) and Forensic Peer Recovery Support Specialist (FPRSS). She is a person in long term recovery and is very active in the recovery community. Misty has a passion for helping people find their way on the recovery journey, especially people re-entering society from incarceration. She believes that when people are shown compassion and empathy they can and do change. Misty also loves spending time with her 3 children, reading and writing.
