Christopher received his Associate of Science in Addiction Counseling at Minneapolis College, formally MCTC, and continued his education to complete a Bachelor of Science in Addiction Counseling at Metropolitan State University in Saint Paul, MN. Since 2019, Christopher has been working in the field of Addiction Treatment with experiences at NUWAY 2118 Blaisdell, Elite Recovery where he developed a program to address the specific needs of the LGBTQIA+ community and has rejoined NUWAY 3R’s treatment care team. Christopher is also furthering his education at Saint Mary’s of Minnesota to obtain a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy. His interests consist of family systems, genograms, attachment styles, sexual health and sexual & gender identity/expression, and providing individualized care for those seeking addiction treatment. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his dog, weightlifting, and cooking.
