Melissa is a Licensed Psychologist and earned her Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Southwest Missouri State University and her Doctor of Clinical Psychology from Forest Institute of Professional Psychology, both in Springfield, Missouri. Melissa has been in practice for a total of twenty-five years, working in high acuity inpatient treatment settings as well as providing outpatient therapy. She has specialized expertise in trauma therapy and frequently conducts EMDR treatment. In her free time she enjoys hiking with her miniature Goldendodle, Sophie.
