Marian Spiess, MA, LPCC, LADC

Vice President, Residential Services Marian obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Psychology from St. Ambrose University and her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the Minnesota Professional School of Psychology at Argosy University and her LADC in 2018 and her LPCC in 2020. She has been involved in several roles at NUWAY, including a primary counselor at 3R's NUWAY Counseling Center and program manager at NUWAY I and The Gables. In her current role as Residential Services Director, Marian oversees all residential programs in the NUWAY Alliance, working directly with the program managers and several other departments. Her clinical interests include the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of co-occurring disorders, process and policy improvement, and clinical training.
