Mental Health ProfessionalGokce obtained her Master of Professional Studies from University of Minnesota in Integrated Behavioral Health in 2020. She provides counseling to individuals with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders and she is currently receiving clinical supervision to become a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). Gokce has experience working in both residential and outpatient treatment settings. She works from an existentialist, person-centered and strength-based approach and she aims to help clients increase insight and self-awareness and empower clients to take responsibility for their choices and understand and improve important relationships in their lives. Gokce’s clinical interests include substance use disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and anxiety disorders. In her free time, she enjoys travelling, reading novels, and spending time with her cat.
