Chad is the Program Manager at NUWAY II in Minneapolis, MN. Chad completed his Master of Arts in Addiction Counseling from the Hazelden Graduate School of Addiction Studies in 2009. He is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor with experience working as a primary counselor in a Halfway House, a Long-Term Residential Aftercare program, Intensive Outpatient treatment and Residential treatment at NUWAY, in addition to working as a Quality, Training, and Compliance Specialist at NUWAY. Along with ensuring quality client care and promoting the growth of clients through the delivery of evidence-based practices to address co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders, Chad has a passion for helping people who live with a physical disability re-experience joy through recreation and is an active volunteer in the adaptive sports and recreation community.
