Ashley received her Associate in Science in 2018 at Rochester Community and Technical College, majoring in Social Work: Alcohol and Drug Counseling. She received her Bachelor of Social Work in 2022 at Winona State University and prior to The Gables, she worked in both high intensity residential treatment and in an intensive outpatient setting. Ashley utilizes a holistic approach with motivational interviewing in hopes to increase clients’ internal motivations to take actions toward wellness.
Ashley’s passion is helping clients struggling with substance use in gaining higher self-esteem and assisting clients in building a strong foundation based on their individual needs towards reunification with their families and children. In her free time, she loves to travel, cook up new dishes, go camping & spend time with her family.
