I am choosing voluntarily to submit through the NUWAY Alliance website and authorize NUWAY Alliance to take, edit, publish, distribute, and make use of any and all statements by me to be used in promotional and marketing materials. I acknowledge that my voluntary submission may be distributed to the public. I waive the right to inspect and approve the finished product and hereby release NUWAY Alliance and its agents from any and all claims for damages of any kind based on the use of any part of my voluntary submission. I agree that I am not entitled to compensation for NUWAY Alliance’s use of the voluntary submission. I understand that NUWAY Alliance is not required to use my voluntary submission. This authorization shall continue indefinitely unless I otherwise revoke this authorization in writing. The revocation of my consent will not affect any action NUWAY Alliance took before receiving my request or any of the other terms.
