Lucas earned his Bachelor of Science in Community Psychology and Chemical Dependency at St. Cloud State University in 2011 to become a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Since graduating, he has worked in a variety of settings, including residential, intensive outpatient, halfway house, after care, jail programming, assessments, and supervision. His primary style is person-centered care and systems theory.
