CounselorWhen life gets spicy, Alex is here to help calm things down. He works to provide a place where you can be authentically yourself and receive guidance and support while exploring your personal strengths and challenges. Our goal is to tend to the life wounds and false beliefs that hinder us from our fullest potential and a meaningful life. Alex obtained his degree in Addiction Counseling from Minneapolis College and he's currently attending Metropolitan State University to complete his Bachelor of Social Work. He has worked with individuals across the lifespan with depression, anxiety, trauma, shame, LGBTQIA concerns, ADHD and of course substance use disorders. Alex is also interested in providing empathetic supports to all people including neurodivergent adults coping within a neurotypical world.
