Taharra Patterson, AS, ADC-T

CounselorTaharra earned what would be her second Associate's degree in Alcohol and Drug Counseling from MCTC in August 2021 and is currently finishing her bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Augsburg where she aims to complete her Doctorate. Taharra has worked within both residential and outpatient settings and with both women and mens programs. She previously worked at MN Adult and Teen Challenge as an addiction counselor. Taharra specializes in Person Centered Trauma Informed Care particularly for those with co-occurring disorders with the focus of an integrated approach to therapies used and believes everyone deserves healing. Taharra enjoys being a personal trainer outside of the work setting, reading and ordering new books, and spending time with family as she recently gave birth to her second child.
