Kelsey obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Winona State University and her Master of Public and Nonprofit Administration from Metropolitan State University. After working in the mental health field for about 10 years, Kelsey decided to return to Winona State University to obtain her Graduate Certificate in Addiction Counseling. Kelsey is passionate about working with individuals diagnosed with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders as well as women and children.
