Sophie received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Winona State University in 2019 and her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and graduate certificate in Addictions Counseling in 2022. She currently holds her LADC and is pursuing licensure for her LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) as well. She has experience in women’s residential treatment and co-ed Intensive Outpatient Programming. Her professional interests consist of suicide prevention and awareness, self-discovery, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and the integration of mental health and substance use treatment.
